All rates are shown, unless otherwise stated, as fully inclusive of VAT, breakdown cover,and fully comprehensive insurance.

The displayed rate is for a period of 24hours we can offer a 1 hour grace period if we are notified the car is on its way back, before extra charges are incurred.

If an individual or a company elects to use our insurance, a full drivers licence must be produced by every driver at the commencement of every hire and a rental agreement signed. each individual must comply with our inurance policy, and this should be discussed at the time of booking.

There will be additional for drivers under 25 and also additional drivers to the policy.

A deposit of £250 will be taken at the start of every hire and refunded when the car is returned. The excess level should you be involved in an accident is £750.

You can lower the excess level by paying DLW It can be lowered to £500 with an extra £5.00 per day or to £750 with an extra £7.00. Weekly and weekend specials are available.

Companies electing to use there own insurance must provide us with a copy of their insurance certificate, at the start of the hire. The insurance must be in place for at least two hours after the agreed termination of the hire.

If the vehicle needs to be taken abroad then we can offer the additional insurance and breakdown cover, along with all the correct documentation. There will be a surcharge of upto 50% added onto the hireto cover all the extra costs, and mileages. Permission must be granted to take the car abroad.

Any damage done to our vehicles must have estimates for repairs arranged by ourselves.

Estimates and quotes can be arranges by a company utilising their own insurance by special request.

Deposits will be kept until the damage amount is established.

All of our vehicles are supplied valeted both inside and out to a high standard, and we expect the cars to be returned to us in a clean and tidy fashion. at no point are any pets allowed in the vehicles.

It is now against the law for anybody to smoke in the vehicles.

Failure to adhere to the above notices could result in a £200 fine.

All fines and penalties are the responsibility of the driver.

Any fines or penalties that come through to the rental department may result in additional administration charges. Parking and speeding fines are chargeable at £10 and bus and congestion charges at £20.

Abort fees are chargeable at £20 + Vat for the following reasons:

1. A booking is cancelled less than two hours before the commencement.

2. The driver does not arrive to collect the car or is not at the drop off point unless previoulsy agreed.

The decision to charge the customer lies at the descretion of ourselves and will be agreed at the time of booking.

All deliveries and collections  are free within the first 10 miles and are then charged at £1 per mile.  

Unlimited mileage usually applies however vehicles accurring a high mileage will be considered for a penalty. E.g over 2800 per month.

All vehicles are to be returned with the amount stated on handover. Any charges will be made at pump prices.

There maybe additional charges for things such as extra drivers, young drivers, hire of out satellite navigation system etc.

All of these can be discussed at the time of booking.
